ORDER:
1. The Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust in the reference read above, has requested that in order to achieve “Universal Health Coverage” in the AP State through Dr.YSRAarogaysri Health Care Trust the State
Government has contemplated certain proposals that are to be implemented under Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Scheme; one of the initiatives of Government is “to include procedures exceeding treatment cost Rs.1000/- under Dr. YSR Aarogyasri
Scheme” and the proposals will be rolled out from 03.01.2020 in West Godavari District for 1000 new Procedures and 200 Procedures in 12 districts as a pilot project.
2. The Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR AHCT, Guntur has further stated that the Trust has conducted an elaborate exercise and identified such procedures up to 1000 for inclusion under Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Scheme.
3. The Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR Aarogayasri Health Care Trust, AP, Guntur has therefore requested the Government to consider the said proposal to include the identified 1000 procedures exceeding treatment cost of Rs.1000/- under Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Scheme and issue necessary orders while approving the pilot project w.e.f. 03.01.2020 in the District of West Godavari and identified 200 Procedures in the remaining 12 Districts w.e.f.03.01.2020.
4. Government after careful examination of the proposal of Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, hereby accord permission to include the identified 1000 procedures exceeding treatment cost of Rs.1000/- under Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Scheme, and to implement these procedures w.e.f.03.01.2020 in the West Godavari District as a Pilot Project and also to include the identified 200 procedures exceeding treatment cost of Rs.1000/- under Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Scheme in remaining (12) Districts w.e.f.03.01.2020. The list of 1000 Procedures and 200 Procedures are appended as Annexure –I and Annexure-II respectively to this order.
5. The Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR Aarogayasri Health Care Trust, AP, Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly.
6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU) Department vide their U.O.Note.No.FIN01-FMU0PC(HMF2)/69/2019-FMU, dated.25.11.2019.
