ORDER :
1.In the circumstances reported by the VC&MD, APSCSCL, Vijayawada in the reference 4th read above, the Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the VC & MD, APSCSCL, Vijayawada to fix monthly lease rentals at Rs.21,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand Only) per Mobile Dispensing Unit per month which includes Rs.13,000/- as income support to the beneficiary from which he/she shall also meet EMI payable to the Bank, Rs.5,000/- towards helper charges, Rs. 3,000/- towards fuel charges and with a condition that the Mobile Dispensing Unit shall always be maintained in a “Spick and Span” condition. The Tahsildar concerned shall conduct periodic and surprise inspections of the Mobile Dispensing Units time to time and if at any time the Mobile Dispensing Unit Operator fails to comply, the additional support being provided is liable to be withdrawn. The VC & MD, APSCSCL, Vijayawada is also permitted to enter into a revised tripartite agreement with the financing bank and welfare corporations.
2. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
