Andhra Pradesh Government has successfully conducted Grama/Ward sachivalayam examinations from September. Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy released the Grama Sachivalayam Exam results on 19th September at the Camp office, at Tadepalli, in Guntur district. Aspirants appeared for AP Grama sachivalayam posts can check the result from any of the AP Government official portals, vsws.ap.gov.in or gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in or wardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in.
వెరిఫికేషన్‌ సమయంలో అభ్యర్థులు అధికారులకు చూపాల్సిన సర్టిఫికెట్ల వివరాలు.
- అభ్యర్థి ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసిన అనంతరం వెబ్‌సైట్‌ నుంచి డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ చేసుకున్న పత్రం (Call Letter)
- ఎస్‌ఎస్‌సీ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ లేదా అధికారుల నుంచి తీసుకున్న పుట్టిన తేదీ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం (SSC Certificate or Date of birth certificate)
- ఒరిజనల్‌ సర్టిఫికెట్లు, మార్కుల మెమోలు (Original Certificates and marks Memos.)
- నాలుగో తరగతి నుంచి పదో తరగతి మధ్య ఎక్కడ చదివారన్న వివరాలతో స్టడీ సర్టిఫికెట్లు. (Study certificate stating the details of class 4th to class 10th school details.)
- స్కూలు, కాలేజీల్లో చదవకుండా డైరెక్ట్‌ డిగ్రీ వంటి కోర్సులు చేసిన వారి నివాస ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం (If any of the candidates obtained a direct degree without attending the school/college, they have to provide the relevant certificates.)
- రాష్ట్ర విభజన సమయంలో ప్రభుత్వ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ మేరకు తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతం నుంచి ఏపీకి స్థానికత మార్చుకున్నప్పుడు సంబంధిత అధికారులు జారీ చేసిన సర్టిఫికెట్‌. (If any of the candidates have changed their location from Telangana to AP, during the state bifurcation, those have to show the relevant nativity certificate issued by the concerned officials.)
- చెవిటి, మూగ వైకల్యంతో ప్రత్యేక స్కూళ్లలో చదువుకున్న వారు.. వారి తల్లిదండ్రుల నివాసిత ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం. (Deaf/Dumb candidates have to show their parent’s residence certificate.)
- బీసీ, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ అభ్యర్థులకు కుల ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం. (Caste Certificate [BC, SC, ST Candidates])
- బీసీ అభ్యర్థులు తాజాగా తహసీల్దార్‌ జారీ చేసిన నాన్‌ క్రిమిలేయర్‌ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ (BC Aspirants have to submit the non-creamy layer certificate.)
- దివ్యాంగ అభ్యర్థులు సదరం క్యాంపుల ద్వారా పొందిన మెడికల్‌ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ (Physically Handicapped candidates have to show the relevant certificate issued by Sadaram camps.)
- ఎక్స్‌ సర్వీస్‌మెన్, ఎన్‌సీసీ, క్రీడల కోటా అభ్యర్థుల సంబంధిత సర్టిఫికెట్లు. (Ex-servicemen, Sports, and NCC Certificates.)
- ప్రస్తుతం ఆయా ఉద్యోగాల్లో కాంట్రాక్టు, ఔట్‌ సోర్సింగ్‌ విధానంలో పనిచేస్తూ వెయిటేజీ పొంది.. ఈ నియామక ప్రక్రియలో ఎంపికైన వారు తమ శాఖాధిపతి నుంచి పొందిన ఇన్‌ సర్వీసు సర్టిఫికెట్‌ (Contract and Outsourcing employees working in the concerned departments have to get the certificate from their respective division.)
- తనపై ఎలాంటి క్రిమినల్‌ కేసులు లేవని సెల్ఫ్‌ సర్టిఫైడ్‌ కాపీ. దీనికి సంబంధించిన నిర్ణీత ఫార్మాట్‌ను వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ చేసుకోవాలి. (A certificate stating the candidate is not holding any criminal cases on him/her.)
