The attention all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above and they are informed that in the reference 2nd read above Director EE.I), Dept. of School Education & Literacy, MHRD, GoI, New Delhi has forwarded banners of Hon’ble Prime Minister which may be used for display on official websites of respective States and UTs and notice boards of all schools for wide publicity of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 and requested to send photographs of the banners displayed on the official websites of States and UTs and notice boards of all schools in respective States/ UTs.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue instructions to all field officers / Headmasters/ Principals of all schools in the State including Central Govt. Schools ( Kendriya, Navodaya schools, etc., ) on the following.
a. to give clear instructions to all the Head Masters of all Management Schools to display banners(enclosed) of Hon’ble Prime Minister on official websites of respective Districts and notice boards of all schools for wide publicity of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020.
b. to make necessary arrangements to telecast the event live on DD File No.ESE02-30/6/2019-A&I -CSE National Channel and MHRD YouTube Channel on large screens on 20.01.2020 from 11.00 a.m. in all Schools in the presence of students and record the programme through video and photographs of the Students for further upload in the MHRD website.
