Order:-
1. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched Phase-I Housing Programme under prestigious “Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu” on 25.12.2020 in the State to construct 15.10 Lakh houses and proposed to distribute house sanction letters to the beneficiaries and to ground houses in ULBs and UDAs.

2. Whereas, in the reference read above, the Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited has proposed for sanction of 50,000 houses in (8) constituencies, which are not covered neither in ULBs nor covered in UDAs to get houses under PMAY-U-BLC Scheme.

3. The Government after careful and detailed examination of the facts and circumstances reported by the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited in the reference read above, hereby accord permission on the following:-
  • (a) Sanction is accorded for 50,000 houses under PMAY-YSR-Gramin Housing Scheme for FY 2020-2021 with a unit cost of Rs 1.80 Lakhs on par with the unit cost sanctioned to the houses under the PMAY-YSR-U (BLC) Scheme to have a uniform unit cost of houses for all the beneficiaries, pending allocation of houses under PMAY-G by GoI to the State.
  • (b) The financial pattern of Unit Cost for the 50,000 houses is as detailed below:-

  • (c) Beneficiaries are to be invariably selected from the Awaas Plus Data only.
  • (d) Dist-wise and Assembly Constituency-wise houses to be allotted based on the eligible Awaas Plus data available in the Assembly Constituencies, which is as follows:-

  • (e) The financial commitment on the Government for the 50,000 houses under PMAY-YSR-G Scheme is as follows:

  • (f) As agreed to by the Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department, permission is accorded for sanction of MGNREGS convergence of 90 man-days and Individual Sanitary Latrines(ISL) for the 50,000 houses under PMAY-YSR-G Scheme in (8) assembly constituencies in the State.
  • (g) The guidelines issued for implementation of Phase-I Housing Programme along with PMAY-G scheme guidelines shall be made applicable to these houses also to the extent of parameters, which are not covered in the proposal.
  • (h) The MD, APSHCL is authorized to modify and issue operational guidelines basing on feedback from the field from time to time for smooth implementation of the Scheme.
4. The Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Ltd., shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their Fin.U.O.No. FIN01-FMU0PC(WCDS)/ 169 / 2020 -FMU-WDCWLETFH (Computer No.1296268), dated 24.02.2021.
