All the Headmasters of Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools and Mandal Educational Officers in the district are hereby informed that the Government decided to open schools from 02.11.2020 in the State.
In this connection all the Headmasters are informed to place egg intend to the egg supplier of the respective Mandal for the working days of first 10 days of the month based on the enrolment for the supply of eggs to school point and to continue for placing of indent for every 10 days calculating working days to the egg supplier and eggs should be received only by the Headmaster and not by other persons.
Further, the Divisional Egg Contractors are hereby directed to supply the eggs to the school points basing on the intend required by the Headmaster during school working hours to the Head Master only and to take acknowledgment only from the Headmaster.
The Headmaster of the school and Egg supplier of the manuals are informed that schools are opening on 02.11.2020 so that the eggs should reach to school point well in advance for the supply of egg in the mid-day meal on 02.11.2020.
In view of the above, all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to share these proceedings to all the Headmasters in the Mandal for taking the further courses of action for placing indent well in advance to the egg supplier for the supply of eggs to school point.
