Sub: Academic–VClass admissions in all A.P. Residential Schools for the academic year 2020-21-Selection of Students- Verification of certificates by the Principals of APR Schools-Instructions-issued.
The process of Random selection (Draw of Lots) of students for admissions into Class V in all A.P. Residential Schools in the state for the academic year 2020 was completed. School wise selection lists are prepared as per the rule of reservation and the options exercised by the students.
The APREI Society will inform all the parents about the selected candidates through SMS and the parents have to download the allotment order to attend for verification of certificates at the APR Schools concerned from 23-09-2020 to 25-09-2020. The parents will be informed to attend the schools concerned along with the original certificates of Caste, special category, PHC/Orphan/Children of defense personnel, Income certificate, study certificate, etc. They will be informed that they need not bring the candidate for verification of certificates and no need of transfer
certificate.
The School wise selection lists are made available on the website and the Principals have to download them for verification of certificates. Application forms of the selected candidates should also be downloaded as per the ID number of the shortlisted candidate and the Username, and password will be provided to the Principals through the mail. All the Principals of APR Schools are directed to follow the guidelines.
