ORDER:
1. Whereas, vide Memo. No. ESE Ol SEDNOCSE(TRFT)/444/ 2019-Ser.ll, dated
09.12.2019., Govt. have accorded permission to transfer Sri S. Allabaksh, SA (Hindi) ZPHS, Laddagiri, Kodumur (M), Kurnool Dist. and to post him as Asst. Community Mobilisation on Officer,o/o SSA, Kurnool, in relaxation of ban on transfers.
2. And whereas, it has come to the notice of the Govt., the DEO, Kurnool has failed to implement the above said orders of the Govt., which warrants disciplinary action.
3. Now, therefore, in the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (i) of rule (8) of A PCS (CCA) Rules, 1991, Government hereby place Sri M. Sairam, DEO, Kurnool under suspension, with immediate effect. During the period this order remains in force, the individual shall not leave the headquarters without obtaining prior permission from the Govt. Further, he is entitled to payment of subsistence.
