In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the reference read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.12,71,17,95,000/- (Rupees One thousand two hundred seventy one crore seventeen lakh ninety five thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C F.Y 2019-20 for the implementation of the scheme of Amma Vodi, under the following head of account:
ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మకంగా చేపట్టిన 'అమ్మ ఒడి' పథకం నిధుల విడుదలకు పాలనా అనుమతులు మంజూరయ్యాయి. వివిధ శాఖల నుంచి ఈ పథకానికి రూ.6,109 కోట్ల నిధుల విడుదల చేసేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం అనుమతులిచ్చింది. బీసీ కార్పోరేషన్ నుంచి రూ.3,432 కోట్లు, కాపు కార్పోరేషన్ నుంచి రూ.568 కోట్లు, మైనారిటీ సంక్షేమశాఖ నుంచి రూ.442 కోట్లు, గిరిజనశాఖ ఎస్టీ ఫైనాన్స్‌ కార్పొరేషన్‌ నుంచి రూ.395 కోట్లు, ఎస్సీ కార్పోరేషన్ నుంచి రూ.1,271 కోట్లు విడుదల చేసేందుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం అనుమతిచ్చింది. ఈ పథకం కింద 1 నుంచి ఇంటర్మీడియట్‌ వరకు పిల్లలను బడికి పంపే ప్రతి తల్లికి సంవత్సరానికి రూ.15వేల ఆర్థిక సాయం అందించనున్నారు.ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా కనీసం 75శాతం హాజరు ఉన్న ప్రతి విద్యార్థి తల్లికి ఈ పథకం వర్తించనుంది.
2. The Assistant Accounts Officer, 0/o. the Director of Social Welfare, A P. Tadepalli is authorized to draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above and adjust the same to the P.D Account No.60/CRT of A P. Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Tadepalli.
3. Further, the VC & Managing Director, APSCCFC Ltd , shall prefer bill duly as per the guidelines issued by School Education Department for implementation of the scheme. 4. This order issues as per the instructions issued in U.O. Note No 29875- A/1283/A1/BG 1/2006, Finance (BG.1) Dept., dated 25-11-2006.
