ORDER:
In the reference 1' read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. has requested the Government to release the BRO for I/4 of the budget from the BE provision 2019-20 for implementation of new scheme MANA BADI: NAADU NEDU.
2. In the reference 2" read above, Finance Dept. have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.100,00,00,000/- ( Rupees One Hundred Crore only) from the BE provision 2019-2020 towards meeting the expenditure for implementation of the new scheme MANA BADI: NAADU NEDU during the Financial Year 2019-2020.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by Finance Department, Government hereby accord an administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. for an amount of Rs.100,00,00,000/- ( Rupees One Hundred Crore only) from the BE provision 2019-2020 towards meeting the expenditure for implementation of the new scheme MANA BADI: NAADU NEDU during the Financial Year 2019-2020 under the following head of accounts:

4. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. / the State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit progress of the utilization of funds to Government from time to time.
