Savitribai Pule Awards to CRPs IERT Spl Officer KGBV CRTs VVin RSTC NRSTs

Sub: AP Samagra Shiksha, Amaravati – Quality Education – Conducting the birthday Celebration of Smt. Savitribai Phule Jayanthi on 3rd January 2020 – Honour to the Female working persons - Proposals called from the District Selection Committee – Instructions – Issued. 
1. The Andhra Pradesh, Samagra Shiksha has decided to conduct of birthday celebration of Smt. Savitribai Phule Jayanthi on 3rd January 2020 at Yarragondapalem of Prakasham district.
2. As part of this, to honour the female functionaries in the State and the applications are invited from the following categories female categories. (13 x 5 = 65 female persons). The teacher who received any of the awards earlier is not eligible for this award.
  • A. One from Cluster recourse person (CRP)
  • B. One from the Inclusive Education Resource Teacher (IERT) working in Bhavitha centres.
  • C. One from Vidya Volunteer working in RSTCs/NRSTs/Urban Hostels
  • D. One Special Officer of KGBV
  • E. One CRT/part-time lecturer working in KGBV.
In this regards, the District Level Selection Committee is constituted with the following Officers for selecting 5 female persons of the above 5 categories from each district. 
I. District Educational Officer
II. Add. Project Coordinator of Samagra Shiksha
III.Principal, DIET
It is informed that the selected awardees who have been rendering service for the last 3 years continuously (on Contract/outsourcing) would be honoured, with the following items.
    a. Cash award Rs. 25,000/-.
    b. Tab.
    c. Shawl.
    d. Gold-coated Medal with the worth of Rs.2000/-.
    e. TA/DA for the awardees as per APTA rules.
The District Level Selection Committee is requested to submit the particulars of the Selected Candidates in the prescribed Proforma along with the antecedents and Character, Marks awarded by the Committee duly signed by all the members of the Committee, which shall not exceed 10 lines on each of the selected teacher Educator to the State Project Director, Samagrasiksha, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, in a sealed cover in both Telugu and English Languages. And not to select the teacher who received any of the awards earlier is not eligible for this award.

Based on the proposals final selection will be made at the state level

Further, it is informed that this programme is a time-bound programme and as such, the proposals together with the Antecedent and Character Certificates and Citations, duly signed by the District Educational Officer should be sent to this office on or before 27.12.2019. The proposals received without the Antecedent and Character Certificate, Citation etc., shall be summarily rejected and those proposals received after the last date prescribed will not be entertained and considered.

Incomplete and defective proposals, such as: –

I. Leaving the columns of pro forma as blank.
II. Recommendations along with marks awarded by the Committee, which are not signed by the District Selection Committee, proposals which are not having a gist of each item in Proforma and the proposals without the passport size photographs duly attested at the backside of the photo will not be considered for Awards.
III. If any Committee sends particulars of more than one candidate in each category in deviation of the above instructions, the same will be viewed seriously and the member-Convener will be liable for disciplinary action.

The District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to give wide publicity of the programme through News Papers or any other local mass media. The Proforma of the recommendations shall be communicated by the District Educational Officer to the Inspecting Officers under their jurisdiction
Further, the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to submit the information in the prescribed Proforma herewith enclosed and a word document of the same may be emailed to mail id quality.apssa@gmail.com while sending a hard copy of the proposal to this office on or before 27.12.2018. No proposals are not accepted after the due date.
