User Manual for Teacher Grievance Redressal Management System - Grievances shall be applied only through ONLINE - Certain instructions/ Orders.

The Department of School Education developed Grievance Redressal Management System (GRMS). The same is accessible from the portal of www.cse.ap.gov.in. Teachers and School Education staff may submit their grievances using their Treasury ID on the said portal through the online application. Grievances relating to promotions, Post Transfers issues, suspensions, Leave sanctions, APMS related issues/, delay in grant of NOC, delay in processing Medical Reimbursement requests, etc. may be submitted through this online system for processing at various levels, speedy redressal and tracking of the respective grievances.

The related User Manual for Grievance Redressal Management System is enclosed for the information of all concerned. The Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the State are hereby requested to go through the User Manual of Grievance Redressal Management System and ensure wide publicity of the same among all concerned. All are to be instructed to follow the procedure/ instructions embedded in it. They are also requested to communicate the same wide and ensure that all the GRIEVANCES relevant to the Department are accepted/ processed/ redressed in a timebound manner at various levels under their jurisdiction through this ONLINE MODE.
