About : 
    Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India organizes a Stamp design competition for children across India on the occasion of Children’s Day every year. Given that the two momentous occasions for child rights viz. 30 years of CRC and 70 years of UNICEF in India coincide this year, the Department of Posts is partnering with UNICEF to launch this year’s Children’s Day stamp design contest on the theme of Child Rights.

Who can participate :  Children studying in Classes 1 to 12 can participate in this contest.

Cash Prizes :
  • First Prize: Rs. 50000
  • Second Prize: Rs. 25000
  • Third Prize: Rs. 10000
  • Consolation Prize: Rs. 5000 (each)
How to Submit: The entries on A4 paper should reach the office of Assistant Director General (Philately), Room no. 108, Dak Bhawan, Parliament Street, New Delhi- 110001

Submission Deadline: September 20, 2019

Result Announcement: The result will be announced by November 14, 2019, on the India Post website. (www.indiapost.gov.in, www.postagestamps.gov.in )
