పెట్రోలు ధరలు పెరగడమే కానీ.. తగ్గడం మాత్రం చాలా అరుదు. తగ్గినా ఒక పైసా లేదా రెండు పైసలు తగ్గుతుంది. పెరిగితే మాత్రం ఒకేసారి రూపాయి, రెండు రూపాయలు, ఐదు రూపాయలు.. ఇలా పెరుగుతూ పోతూనే ఉంటుంది. నేటి జనరేషన్ వాహనం లేనిదే బయట అడుగు పెట్టదు. అందుకే రోజు రోజుకూ పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్ కు డిమాండ్ పెరిగిపోతోంది. అయితే... తాజాగా భారత్ లో పెట్రో ధరలు మరోసారి పెరగబోతున్నాయి. గత వారం సౌదీ అరేబియాలోని అరామ్కో ఆయిల్ రిఫైనరీ కంపెనీలో జరిగిన డ్రోన్ దాడే దానికి కారణం. సౌదీలోని అరామ్కో ఆయిల్ రిఫైనరీ ప్రపంచంలోనే పెట్రో ఉత్పత్తుల ప్రాసెసింగ్ చేసే అతి పెద్ద కంపెనీ. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న అంచనాల ప్రకారం వచ్చే 15 రోజుల్లో లీటర్ పై 5 నుంచి 7 రూపాయల వరకు పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెట్ లో బ్రెంట్ క్రూడ్ ఆయిల్ ధరలు 20 శాతం పెరిగాయి. ఒక రోజులో 20 శాతం ధరలు పెరగడం అనేది రికార్డు. 1991, జనవరి 14 తర్వాత ఒక రోజులో ఇంత శాతం జంప్ అవడం ఇదే తొలిసారి.
డ్రోన్ దాడి వల్ల సౌదీలోని అబక్ అండ్ ఖురాయిస్ లో ఉన్న క్రూడ్ ఆయిల్ బావులు దెబ్బతిన్నాయి. దీంతో కంపెనీ తమ ప్రొడక్షన్ ను సగానికి సగం తగ్గించింది. వచ్చే రెండు రోజుల వరకు ఆయిల్ ప్రొడక్షన్ ను సగం వరకు తగ్గించనున్నట్టు ఆయిల్ కంపెనీ ప్రకటించింది. త్వరలోనే దెబ్బతిన్న క్రూడ్ ఆయిల్ బావులను బాగు చేస్తామని.. ఆ తర్వాత ప్రొడక్షన్ పెంచుతామని కంపెనీ తెలిపింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న అంచనాల ప్రకారం వచ్చే 15 రోజుల్లో లీటర్ పై 5 నుంచి 7 రూపాయల వరకు పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది.హిందూస్థాన్ పెట్రోలియం కార్పొరేషన్ లిమిటెడ్ కంపెనీ ప్రకారం... క్రూడ్ ఆయిల్స్ ధరలు ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్నట్టుగా స్థిరంగా ఉన్నా పెట్రో ధరలు మాత్రం పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉందని చెబుతోంది. ఒకవేళ క్రూడ్ ఆయిల్స్ ధరలు 10 శాతం వరకు పెరిగితే పెట్రో ధరలు మరింత పెరుగుతాయని అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు.
నిజానికి... మిడిల్ ఈస్ట్ దేశాల్లో గత 15 రోజుల సరాసరి పెట్రో ధరల ఆధారంగా భారత్ లో పెట్రో మార్కెటింగ్ కంపెనీల్లో పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్ ధరలను నిర్ణయిస్తారు.
