Bank holidays in September
As per rules, every month banks are closed on Sundays and second and fourth Saturdays while regular working hours are followed on the first and third Saturdays.
In September, we have five Sundays, i.e. September 1, September 8, September 15, September 22 and September 29. This month the second and the fourth Saturday are falling on September 14 and September 28 respectively.
Apart from the weekly holidays, this month, banks will be closed on Ganesh Chaturthi (September 2) and Muharram (September 10).
