The Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters of Govt and ZPPHigh Schools in the District are informed that in the reference 5t cited the Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P Hyderabad has requested to regularize the services of the teachers as per the Adhoc rules issued in the reference 4th cited. The service regularizations in respect of the teachers who are appointed under rule 10
(a) I under various DSCS by the District Educational Officer, East Godavari shall be regularized in terms of instructions issued in the reference 2nd& 3rd cited.
In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 1st to 5th cited and Under rule 16 c (i) and 18
(b) (ii) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996, the District Educational Officer, East Godavari, Kakinada who is appointing authority is pleased to regularize the services of the SGT and Equivalent cadre in the district from the date of joining and declare the probation satisfactorily subject to fulfillment of following conditions.
1. The appointments should be made by DEO EG Kakinada under various DSCS only.
2. The antecedents of the teachers should be verified by concerned authorities and found no adverse reports.
3. The service of the teachers shall be completed 3years from the date of joining in the cadre without any interruption or gaps.
4. The date of joining of the teachers who are appointed without professional qualifications shall be taken from the date following next day of acquiring the required qualification for regularization.
