In the reference cited above, in PAB minutes 2019-20, the Gol has approved Rs.68 lakhs for conducting Language Festivals for Primary and Upper Primary students at Mandal level under Project Innovation component which would conduct from 26th to 31st August 2019 in all 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh.
In the context, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and District Project Officers of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Andhra Pradesh are hereby requested to follow the gridlines for conduct of Language Festivals in Primary and Upper Primary sections at Mandal Level from 26th to 31st August, 2019 in all 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh.
Language festivals are Indian languages to students and to show the wealth and diversity of language. The aim of the program is to create a friendly and entertaining atmosphere, encourage students to learn languages and promote multiculturalism. Guidelines are herewith annexure.
