Andhra Pradesh Grama Volunteer notification 2019 was announced by the Ap government. Ap CM DR.YS Jaganmohan Reddy officially signed on the AP Grama Volunteer file on Friday. The processing is Undergoing for recruitment. The application process is scheduled to be held from 22nd June to 5th July. From 10th July, the application forms submitted by the officers will be observed and the interviews will be conducted from 11th July to 25th July. Selected list candidates will be announced on 1st August. The training for the selected people will be given from 5th August to 10th August. And the selected candidates have to report in the duty on 15th August. While the Government of AP announced that women candidates will be given the higher priority for recruitment as part of the women empowerment. 50% of the volunteer posts will be offered to women. Candidates will be shortlisted through the interview round. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the AP Official portal.

Eligibility criteria

Educational Qualifications.

                a) 10th for Tribal areas

                b) Inter for Rural areas

                c) Degree for Urban areas

 Age should be 18-35 Years as on 30.06.2019.

 Applicant should be a resident(Native place) of the same Panchayat.

 Caste certificate for other than OC.

Documents Required For Grama Volunteer Apply Online 2019

1. AAdhaar Card (Aadhar is mandatory in case if it's not available you should register with your mobile number after 10 days link with your aadhar card).
2. RATION CARD/ VOTER CARD/ RESIDENCE CERTIFICATE/ BANK PASSBOOK (any one of these certificate for resident proof).
3. 10th Class, Inter, Degree Certificates Cast Certificate(Exclude OC candidates).
4. A clear view of scanned copies of your educational certificates. (Educational documents should be less than 1MB).
5. Photo.

How to apply for Grama Volunteer Apply Online 2019

Step1: Go to the official website of drama volunteer click here

Step2: First you should check with your eligibility criteria (if you are eligible or not for this post). If you are eligible you will get one pop up like below. Then click on ok.

Step3: For applying for this job you must have your aadhar card compulsory (Otherwise you can register with your mobile number within 10 days you have to submit your addhar card). Enter your aadhar or mobile number enter captcha code click on send OTP button (you will get otp to register the number of aadhar card). Enter the OTP you will one pop up for successful authorization. click on ok button.

Step4: After successful authorization, you will go to the new screen(aadhar details).Here you have to upload your photograph, and resident proof. after entering the address and residence address and contact information click on go and continue button.

Step5: Here you have submitted your education documents(10th, intermediate, degree). Click on Go and continue button.

Step6: Finally you have to submit your caste certificate id, then click on the vrify details button. (Exclude OC candidates) after verified you have to submit the caste certificate soft copy(scanned copy should be less than 1MB).

Step7: Finally it will ask (are you differently abled) click on no and click on the checkbox and click on the apply button (Finally you will get one number display on your screen).

Selection process

• For the enrollment of volunteers, town and city wards will be considered as one unit. 
• In towns, Mandal will be considered as one unit. 
• At first, the quantity of volunteers goes under that specific town will be tallied. 
• According to the standard of reservation, the all-out number of opening will be classified for general, BC, SC, ST applicants. In all classes, half of the booking will be given to ladies classifications. 
• The shortlisting of online application structures will be done through the civil official in the city level, and MPDO in Mandal level. All the qualified applicants will be called for a meeting at the Mandal level. 
• For enlistment of AP Grama volunteers, a 3 officials board of trustees will be shaped in Mandal and town levels.
