Step1: First go the NVSP(National voters service portal): https://nvsp.in/Forms/Forms/trackstatus.
Step2: After submitting your application, they are sent one reference id to your particular mobile number.
Step3: Paste the reference id in the input box and click on the Track status button.

Step4: They are providing your application status with pictorial representation like below.

Step5: After they verify and change effects on your existing voter card. then the status should be like below.
