Documents Required
• Registration certificate
• Insurance certificate
• Pollution Under Control certificate
• Consent of Financier if the vehicle is leased or hypothecated
• Pencil print of the chassis number for the CMV 28 form
• Identity and address proof
Submit Form CMV 28 (Application and Grant of NOC) in the RTO in which your vehicle is registered
STEP 2
RTO will obtain a report of the vehicle from police authority to check if the vehicle is involved in any criminal case or stolen.
Police Verification.
STEP 3
If there are no incidence, then a clearance certificate will be issued. RTO will take around 7 to 20 business days to issue the NOC certificate.
